Stand Alone Service
Preparing a property for sale or rental is all about first impressions. This stand-alone service helps you present your home at its very best, quickly, cleverly and without unnecessary spending.
During a focused two-hour visit, I work through your key rooms and advise on maximising light, flow and visual appeal. This may include rearranging furniture, decluttering, refreshing focal points, updating accessories and identifying small improvements that make a big difference to potential buyers or guests.
Whether you are selling, renting or preparing a holiday let, the aim is to increase appeal, shorten time on the market and improve your return.
The fee for this service is £200 for a two hour consultation, enabling you to organise the space in your own time after the visit.
It includes:
- advising on how to rearrange and refresh rooms for greater appeal
• identifying small cost-effective improvements
• styling guidance for key rooms
• providing advice on furnishing empty properties
