Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will make, and it is easy to miss things when you are excited or overwhelmed. This service gives you an independent, experienced second opinion before you commit.

I meet you at the property you are considering and spend an hour walking through it with you. I help you see the space clearly, evaluate whether it suits your lifestyle and identify any issues that may cost you later.

After the visit, you receive a short written report summarising strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and concerns.

The fee for this service is £250 for a one hour viewing and short report, and it includes:

a walkthrough of the home
• assessment of strengths and weaknesses
• identification of potential improvements
• layout ideas
• guidance on costly pitfalls
• a short written summary
